The new open space that will be provided within the central area of the redevelopment is intended to be made available and accessible to the wider community, not just residents of the new estate. We hope this will complement the existing range of open spaces available locally both at Woodland Walk and Ivy Fields. (First Wessex) First Wessex may consider, as a neighbourly gesture, making a financial contribution towards the upkeep of the recreational space at Woodland Walk as part of the community integration aims of the My North Town scheme.
